The base used for the pieces on the long outdoor concrete wall mosaic is likely concrete. Concrete is a durable and sturdy material that can withstand outdoor elements and provide a stable surface for the mosaic pieces to be attached to. Additionally, concrete can be easily shaped and molded to create the desired design for the mosaic. **

The word "piece" is used when referring to a single item or part of something, while "pieces" is used when referring to multiple items or parts. For example, you would say "I need a piece of paper" when asking for one sheet, but "I need five pieces of paper" when asking for multiple sheets. So, the choice between "piece" or "pieces" depends on whether you are talking about one or more than one item. **

To freeze pieces of cake and pie, first, let them cool completely to room temperature. Then, wrap each piece tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. Place the wrapped pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for about an hour. Once they are partially frozen, transfer the pieces to a resealable plastic bag or airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, simply thaw the pieces in the refrigerator or at room temperature before serving. **
