There are several reasons why no modern cities are being built in Europe. One reason is that much of Europe is already densely populated, making it difficult to find large enough areas of undeveloped land for new city construction. Additionally, there are strict regulations and zoning laws in place that make it challenging to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for large-scale urban development projects. Furthermore, the high cost of land and construction in Europe makes it financially prohibitive to build entirely new cities from scratch. Finally, many European countries are focusing on urban renewal and redevelopment of existing cities rather than creating entirely new ones. **

Flights from Europe to Europe are often more expensive than flights from Europe to other continents due to a variety of factors. Firstly, there is generally more demand for flights within Europe, leading to higher prices. Additionally, there may be less competition on certain routes within Europe, allowing airlines to charge higher fares. Furthermore, taxes and fees for flights within Europe can also contribute to the higher prices. Finally, the cost of living and operating expenses in European countries may be higher, leading to increased ticket prices for domestic and intra-European flights. **

After Chapter 253, some fans may argue that Fairy Tail is no longer the same due to the major changes and revelations that occur in the story. The guild undergoes significant transformations, and characters experience personal growth and development. However, the core themes of friendship, loyalty, and overcoming challenges remain central to the series, so in that sense, Fairy Tail is still true to its essence. Ultimately, whether Fairy Tail is still "Fairy Tail" after Chapter 253 is subjective and depends on individual interpretations of the story's evolution. **
