It is technically possible for someone to strangle themselves, but it is extremely difficult to do so intentionally. The body's natural instinct to survive makes it challenging to apply enough pressure to cut off the air supply or blood flow to the brain. In most cases, self-strangulation is considered a form of self-harm and is not a recommended or safe practice. **

Yes, women can strangle men with their hands. The physical strength of the person is a determining factor in their ability to strangle someone, and it is not limited by gender. However, the outcome of a strangulation attempt can also depend on the size and physical strength of the victim, as well as the duration and force of the attack. It is important to note that strangulation is a serious and potentially lethal form of assault, regardless of the gender of the perpetrator or victim. **

Strangling with your feet typically involves wrapping your legs or feet around someone's neck or throat and applying pressure to cut off their air supply. This can be done by crossing your ankles and squeezing with your legs, or by using your feet to press against the person's throat. It is a dangerous and potentially lethal form of attack that should only be used in self-defense situations as a last resort. **

It is theoretically possible to strangle oneself with a cable, but it would be extremely difficult and dangerous. Cables are not designed for this purpose and may not be strong enough to withstand the pressure needed to cut off airflow. Additionally, attempting to strangle oneself is a serious and harmful act that can result in severe injury or death. It is important to seek help from a mental health professional if feeling overwhelmed or suicidal. **

It is very unlikely for someone to accidentally strangle themselves in their sleep. The body's natural reflexes and movements during sleep make it difficult for this to occur. Additionally, the body's natural response to lack of oxygen would typically wake the person up before any serious harm is done. However, there have been extremely rare cases of accidental self-strangulation during sleep, usually involving unusual circumstances or pre-existing medical conditions. **

Smurfs are fictional blue creatures, so they remain blue even when strangled. Their color does not change based on their physical state. **
